It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all measurements, sizes, design selections, colors, and personalization details are accurate before placing an order.
Once production has begun, changes or cancellations may not be possible.

If your garment arrives with a manufacturing defect or workmanship issue, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Customers may be required to provide photographs of the garment before a repair is approved.
If the item must be returned for repair, shipping instructions will be provided after your request has been reviewed.
If measurements are provided by the customer, Perficient Apparel Ltd. is not responsible for garments that do not fit due to inaccurate measurements.
We strongly recommend having measurements taken by an experienced tailor.
All prices are listed in the applicable currency displayed on our website and are subject to change without notice.
Applicable taxes and shipping charges will be calculated during checkout.
Full payment is required before production begins.
Orders will not enter production until payment has been successfully processed.
We reserve the right to cancel any order where payment cannot be verified.
After your order has been placed, please allow 2–3 business days for processing. Most orders are processed and fulfilled within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday); however, some orders may require additional processing time.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation notification.
Please note that once an order has been fulfilled or shipped, we are unable to make changes or cancellations to the order.
Standard shipping typically takes approximately 5–10 business days after your order has been processed and shipped.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Some of our garments and fabrics are custom-made, handcrafted, or produced using handwoven fabrics, which may require additional preparation time.

During peak sale seasons and holidays, processing and delivery may take longer than usual.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address when placing an order.
Perficient Apparel Ltd. is not responsible for packages that are delayed, returned, lost, or delivered incorrectly because of an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout.

If you notice an error after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that changes can be made once processing or fulfillment has begun.
Orders may only be cancelled before production begins.
Once production has started, cancellations cannot be accepted because materials and labour have already been committed to your custom garment.
All website content, including photographs, logos, product designs, graphics, text, and branding, is the property of Perficient Apparel Ltd. and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written permission.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Perficient Apparel Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the purchase or use of our products.
Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the applicable order.
Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By placing an order, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in that policy.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Province of Alberta and the applicable laws of Canada.
Any disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Alberta.
Perficient Apparel Ltd. reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes become effective immediately upon posting on our website.
